One Neighborhood Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that formed during the peak of the pandemic to support local restaurants and businesses, and aid different groups in the community.
Founder Lydia Russo called upon the local community to sponsor meals for first responders and frontline workers, and the response was incredible. For months, groups joined together to provide comforting meals to hundreds of Heroes (firefighters, police, teachers, nurses, postal workers, etc.) — which then led the deliveries growing to help more groups.
Now, in addition to serving first responders and frontline workers, One Neighborhood Foundation focuses on providing meals and assistance to food insecure families in the area.
